Understanding the Shift from Conventional Control to Autonomous Cooperation and Control

چکیده
The understanding of logistics as the integrated planning, control, realization and monitoring of all internal and network-wide material-, partand product flows including the necessary information flow along the complete value-added chain is still valid: but the logistic performance is becoming more and more dependent on technological innovations. One reason for this is increasing complexity in combination with a high incidence of potentially disruptive factors. The increasing number of part variants and their combination during the production process of automobiles, for instance, leads to a tremendous number of possible combinations. The resultant complexity can no longer be managed feasibly by means of centralized planning and control systems. In addition, today’s customers expect a better accomplishment of the logistical targets, especially a higher due date reliability, and shorter delivery times. In order to cope with these requirements the integration of new technologies and control methods has become necessary. This is what characterizes the ongoing paradigm shift from a Published in: Hülsmann, M.; Windt, K. (eds.): Understanding Autonomous Cooperation & Control The Impact of Autonomy on Management,

Control capability of electrolytic concentration on refractive index and dielectric constant of porous Silicon layers
Porous Silicon (PS) samples have been prepared by electrochemical anodization of p-type silicon wafer by varying HF concentrations in the electrolytic solution. The structural, surface morphological, optical and surface composition analysis of the prepared samples were done by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Photoluminescence (PL) and Fourier transform infr...
متن کاملAdaptive Robust Control for Trajectory Tracking of Autonomous underwater Vehicles on Horizontal Plane
This manuscript addresses trajectory tracking problem of autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs) on the horizontal plane. Adaptive sliding mode control is employed in order to achieve a robust behavior against some uncertainty and ocean current disturbances, assuming that disturbance and its derivative are bounded by unknown boundary levels. The proposed approach is based on a dual layer adaptive...

متن کاملSuggested New Voltage and Frequency Control Framework for Autonomous Operation of Microgrids
Decentralized control strategies are popular candidates in microgrids control because of their reliability and performance. Conventionally, droop control (as a main decentralized strategy) is been utilized in order to prevent permanent droop of voltage and frequency after change in loads and also to share generated power between distributed generation units. In this paper, a new droop control s...
متن کامل2.4 Catalogue of Criteria for Autonomous Control in Logistics
Over the past years an increase in complexity of production and logistics systems regarding organisational, time-related and systemic aspects could be observed (Philipp et al. 2006). As a result, it is often impossible to make all necessary information available to a central entity in real time and to perform appropriate measures of control in terms of a defined target system. This development ...
